Your projects

  • Your mission is to successfully drive the sales of our Ryte software
  • You design and implement the sales strategy for the future revenue development of the German speaking and international markets
  • You ensure that monthly sales targets are met or even exceeded in order to secure the growth of Ryte in the long term
  • You lead and coach the sales team in a professional and disciplinary function and are responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members
  • With the help of CRM data you control and forecast sales activities
  • With your expertise, you actively participate in customer acquisition and building customer partnerships: You increase the efficiency of your team with new trends and best practice examples
  • You develop scalable sales processes to prepare your team and Ryte for further growth
  • You will work closely with the Business Development, CRM, Product and Engineering and Marketing teams on company-wide projects, reporting to the management team

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 7 years of relevant sales experience, including leading SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
  • You bring extensive insight and network in the DACH region, ideally also UK-I / Nordics
  • Your experience in B2B software sales with a focus on SaaS sales is a plus
  • You have extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and the ability to coach others
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills; the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and derive actions
  • You have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Your Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask is very welcome
  • You have strong leadership and team building skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English with expert to C-level clients
  • Passion for agile organizational structures with a strong product focus: great companies are built on great products!
  • Expertise in the use of CRM tools such as Salesforce
